As the Chief Recruiting Officer of Thompson Technologies, Ari Waller is responsible for leading all recruiting and sourcing operations. Ari also advises businesses on recruiting and sourcing strategies specific to their business objectives.
After joining Thompson in 1996, Ari served as a Technical Recruiter until his promotion to Director of Recruiting in 2006. Ari has personally placed over a thousand diverse technical professionals both locally and nationally, within multiple industries. After being promoted to Vice President of Recruiting and Sourcing in 2011, Ari’s responsibilities expanded to include both strategic leadership and tactical support.
Ari graduated from Temple University, Magna Cum Laude, with a BS in Education. He and his wife Donna are very proud parents to their seven children.
