Benefits Information

Each full-time eligible W-2 consultant will have the opportunity to participate in TTINC’s benefit programs.  If you choose not to participate in any of our plans, you will be required to sign a waiver of participation. If you are declining because you are covered by another plan (individual, spouse, parents), you will need to provide proof of this coverage. Open enrollment for our health benefit plans is every August at which time you may opt in to any of the of the plans listed below.

Each Consultant is provided the opportunity to enroll in the following benefits provided by TTINC.

Medical Plans
TTINC offers three medical plans through Aetna (www.aetna.com) a High Deductible HRA and two National PPO Plans for both Georgia and National based consultants. (For complete plan description/details including deductibles, co-pays, etc., please click on the plan names below.)

Dental and Vision – TTINC offers Dental and Vision through Renaissance.  Please see the plan description for more information.

Long and Short Term Disability – Through Principal, TTINC offers our consultants both Long and Short Term Disability Plans.  Please see the plan description for additional information.

Voluntary Life:
Voluntary Term Life Insurance is offered through MetLife. Please see the plan description for additional information.

401(k) Plan:
After a 90-day introductory period, each full-time W2 consultant will be automatically enrolled in our 401(k) plan. Unless adjusted, the standard deferral is three (3) percent. You will receive information from the TransAmerica to access your online account in order to be able to make changes to the accounts- including investment options and changing the deferral amount.  All changes made online will appear in the following week’s paycheck. Participating associates elect contributions to the plan through salary deferral. TTINC provides a matching contribution after one (1) year of service or 1,000 hours whichever comes first. After you have completed one (1) year of service the company match will be as follows: Full 100% of the first 1% (contributed by the associate) and 50% thereafter up to a maximum of 6% of wages contributed with a 3.5% maximum match.

Contributions are deducted from wages on a pre-tax basis. Annual maximum allowable contributions may be obtained at www.irs.gov. New participants may roll over assets from former qualified plans into the TTINC 401(k) plan.

Credit Union:
All TTINC consultants and associates are eligible for membership in the IBM SE Credit Union.  Please see your HR Generalist for more information.
