Each full-time eligible W-2 consultant will have the opportunity to participate in TTINC’s benefit programs. If you choose not to participate in any of our plans, you will be required to sign a waiver of participation. If you are declining because you are covered by another plan (individual, spouse, parents), you will need to provide proof of this coverage. Open enrollment for our health benefit plans is every August at which time you may opt in to any of the of the plans listed below.

Dental and Vision – TTINC offers Dental and Vision through Renaissance. Please see the plan description for more information.
Long and Short Term Disability – Through Principal, TTINC offers our consultants both Long and Short Term Disability Plans. Please see the plan description for additional information.
Contributions are deducted from wages on a pre-tax basis. Annual maximum allowable contributions may be obtained at www.irs.gov. New participants may roll over assets from former qualified plans into the TTINC 401(k) plan.
