It is important to us to maintain your satisfaction and give you every opportunity to excel in your career. In order to do this, the relationship manager is on staff to be an advocate for you.

Lucrative referral program
EARN UP TO $1,500 FOR REFERRALS! Thompson considers referrals to be one of our best sources for candidates. If you know a highly skilled IT professional, we want to reward you for referring them to us for an open requirement. All referrals are paid either 100 days after the referred candidate has begun an assignment or at the end of the short-term assignment. For a candidate to be credited as your referral, you must supply the name, phone number and email address of the potential candidate to Thompson. Our recruiting team will check our database to ensure that we have not been in contact with the candidate for the past six months. If Thompson has not, you are eligible for the referral bonus! The bonus will be confirmed in writing from one of our recruiters. (The amount depends on the skillset and budget for the position and ranges from $250 to $1,500.)
