Ari Waller Appointed as Chief Recruiting Officer

Tuesday, September 6, 2016 – Atlanta, GA – Thompson Technologies recently promoted Ari Waller to Chief Recruiting Officer.

After joining Thompson in 1996, Ari served as a Technical Recruiter until his promotion to Director of Recruiting in 2006.  Ari has personally placed over a thousand diverse technical professionals both locally and nationally, within multiple industries. After being promoted to Vice President of Recruiting and Sourcing in 2011, Ari’s responsibilities expanded to include both strategic leadership and tactical support.

As the Chief Recruiting Officer of Thompson, Ari is responsible for leading all recruiting and sourcing operations.  He also advises businesses on recruiting and sourcing strategies specific to their business objectives.  According to Ari, “It is very exciting to me to be a part of an organization that values the critical role recruiting plays in the success of our clients’ business needs.  It’s truly an honor to have the opportunity to serve several amazing people in this capacity.”

Ari graduated from Temple University, Magna Cum Laude, with a BS in Education.  He and his wife Donna are very proud parents to their six children.
