Wednesday, April 13, 2011 – Kennesaw, GA – Thompson Technologies recently announced that Ari Waller has been promoted as the new Vice President of Recruiting.
Waller was one of David Thompson’s first hires after he started the company in 1995. Ari is responsible for all facets of Thompson Technologies’ sourcing and recruiting strategy.
His new role has been expanded to provide executive leadership as well as to continue to provide “hands-on” technical recruiting oversight for the company. When asked about his focus with moving forward in his new role, Ari reinforced the importance of staying true to what has made Thompson Technologies successful over the years.
“As we continue to grow, it is imperative that we do everything we can to ensure the quality and deliverability of our candidates to our clients. The heart of every decision we make at Thompson is based on how it will affect our clients, consultants and internal employees. As we grow, it is important not to lose sight of what has set us apart from our competitors.”
Waller has been a member of the Thompson Technologies’ Team for nearly 15 years and has been a valued part of recruiting from almost the beginning. Starting out as a Technical Recruiter, Ari has progressively expanded his duties and expertise, placing over 600 technical professionals both locally and nationally. Ari was promoted to Manager in 2005 and Director in 2006. Founder, David Thompson echoes the same sentiment.
