Thompson Technologies Expands Team To Meet the Needs of Clients & Consultants

Wednesday, October 17, 2012 – Kennesaw, GAThompson Technologies, an award-winning IT staffing and recruiting firm, announced it has hired a technical recruiter and promoted two professionals as it expands to keep up with continued strong demand in IT hiring.

Clients in industries ranging from banking and consulting to retail and creative rely on Thompson to provide high-level IT professionals with expertise in areas including mobile application development, enterprise resource planning, big data, business intelligence, networking and executive IT leadership.

Beth Gray joins Thompson as a technical recruiter, leveraging her strong communication skills and reliability to identify technical professionals to fill specific roles at client companies and lead them through the hiring process.

Gray is returning to Thompson after four years. At her previous role as a Technical Recruiter, she served as a founding member of the charity committee where she facilitated the annual food drive for the Atlanta Community Food Bank an annual raffle to support the Boys & Girls Clubs of America Southeast Youth of the Year awards.

“My goal with Thompson is to exceed production expectations while adding a bit of sunshine to the office, team and client relationships,” she said.

Jessica Tidwell Coyle has been promoted to Account Manager at Thompson; she joined the company in March 2011 in an administrative support role, was promoted to Client and Marketing Specialist, and now moves up to an account management position. In her new role, she serves as the liaison between clients and candidates, creates hiring solutions for clients, and is responsible for business development. She relies on her social networking, customer service, multi-tasking and communication skills to deliver exceptional results.

Jordan Varner also has been promoted to the role of Account Manager; after joining Thompson in March 2010 as a Sourcer, she moved up to the role of Recruiter and now serves as an account manager on the sales team.

As Account Manager, Varner draws upon her business integrity, creative thinking, consistent follow-up, and communication skills to serve clients and candidates.
