Welcome to the re-launch of our newsletter, Thompson Wire. The entire Thompson Technologies team is pleased to use this newsletter as a forum for sharing useful industry trends, news and insights. Our newsletter re-launch also coincides with the launch of our new website and the introduction of Thompson Technologies’ first blog, Hire Expectations. We are extremely excited to use these new robust tools to create an open dialogue with you!

The time is always right to review your IT talent to determine whether they are helping you reach your goals. Have you taken the time to review your talent recently? Specifically, to determine whether they are truly innovative? Innovation is one of those words that means different things to different people. For me, though, to innovate is actually pretty simple – to make things better. In our blog post this month, we share three core areas of focus for finding innovative talent. Our feature article in this month’s newsletter also talks about innovation, and how organizations can win the talent war by focusing on their hiring process.
