A recent survey of more than 274 IT staffing clients conducted by Tech Serve Alliance noted that retention of top performing talent is the number one priority. At Thompson Technologies, identifying highly qualified talent that is a proper fit for your company continues to be a top priority for us. In fact, in this issue’s feature article, we share our insights about a style of interviewing that we have seen dramatically impact employee retention rates.
